Momentum exists because starting from scratch is exhausting.

Founded by Wendi Turner and Traci Thompson

Momentum Career Solutions was founded after years of navigating careers, transitions, and high-stakes decisions without reliable personal systems.

The Pattern We Kept Seeing

Over the years, we’ve worked across workforce development, education, program leadership, and systems-building roles. Between us, we bring 25+ years of experience and have supported more than 5,000 people at very different stages—from recent graduates landing their first role to mid-career professionals navigating layoffs, pivots, and career changes.
